so, the chocolate chip cookies were a success! they had a nice consistency and richness. luckily, i gave a lot of them away.

have you seen the beautiful pics backstage at the lyell fashion show {via frolic!}? the photos in the lookbook are pretty dreamy as well.

hello friends. how was your weekend? mine was good.

do you ever have those times when you know you should be getting stuff done, but you just don't feel like doing it? that was my weekend. sometimes it is good to be lazy. take a little break from the day to day. but, but now it's time to get motivated.

i did manage to make up a batch of these. the dough is still chilling in the refrigerator and will be ready for baking later today. i'll let you know how they are.
