
prepare any pasta of your liking according to package directions, substituting chicken or vegetable broth for water. i usually use whole wheat.
toss with olive oil and your favorite veggies {this time i used roasted asparagus, spinach, and mushrooms}. while still warm, top with feta cheese, parmesan cheese, or any cheese you like. top with fresh cracked pepper. delicious.
