

i hope everyone had a lovely thanksgiving and a relaxing couple of days. i made some of lena's pumpkin cranberry bread for the morning after, and it was delicious. i substituted 1/2 whole wheat flour, which probably made it a little denser. i also added extra walnuts and a little brown sugar to the top. yum! i highly recommend her
