thanks so much to all the response to the iceland post. i will definately have to look into a trip there sometime {hopefully soon}.

as promised, i would like to share a recipe with you today. lately i have been trying to cut back on wheat gluten. it has been pretty easy with all the wheat-free alternatives out there. there are so many amazing flours to use. this is a great website with lots of recipes.

last weekend, i tried this recipe for yogurt bread. it was pretty good. it is pretty chewy and is definately better with a spread of some sort on it. as the week progresses, it is growing on me more and more. i love it heated up with honey or peanut butter, or both.

this also looks like a great recipe to try.
